"process completed, unable to check if process was successful". No key received. [Solved]

I just purchased Cubik studio for my friend as a gift, however when i completed the transaction in paypal tab, nothing happened at the payment wall. It said "process completed, unable to check if process was successful" on the main page. And now when I check my paypal transactions, I have this http://i.imgur.com/x7t3B5d.png. It says it may not be resolved until the 20th, is the issue with my payment or your vendor? I literally just want the studio as fast as possible, I'll buy it again if you want to cancel my original transaction, or if you can just greenlight it so it goes through?

Sorry to bug you, but its my friend's birthday and I'd like him to have his gift on time.

Sorry for the trouble.

It's a Paypal issue because of your payment method being considered as an "eCheck". It takes time for them to confirm payment and so the system to not give access to goods until verification.

Details provided by Paypal: eChecks are one type of bank payment and usually take 6-10 business days* to process. They are used when buyers have not linked a backup payment source (like a card) to their PayPal accounts, or when a transaction is too risky to allow an instant payment.

You'll have to wait for the verification of the payment which is estimated for the March 20th.
