Cubik updater not working.

Firstly, (sorry if i sound stupid i'm just not that experienced with purchases) when i log in i don't get anything dubbed as a "serial number" instead
i get a key. Also that key starts with BCS while the serial input bar states that the serial must start with BDC, this leads me to believe that the serial number it asks for is not the key that i get, i then tried starting it BDC-... it didn't work, i tried BCS-... still didn't work even though i'm certain i inputed everything correctly.

The term serial number and key are relatively interchangeable. However, the updater doesn't ask for a "serial number" anyway. It just says Serial...

Old Pro keys were BDC. I guess Sphax just missed changing it in the Updater... No one has ever been confused by that though (in the very least no one has stated it publicly).

First make sure your computer's time is set correctly.

If that doesn't work, can you state in what way does it not work? Do you get an error? Does it just not do anything?

It might have to do with the fact that i live in Russia, and, therefore have Russian time and cubik servers might only work with US or UK time or whatever, though i doubt that.

As for how it doesn't work, i get "error, the entered licence information entered containes one or more error..."
Even if i delete the serial that i entered when i log back in the updater it's there.

It should not depends on your timezone. However, the current hour should be accurate enough (in your country) to let Cubik Updater work.
