Cant login in the CubikUpdater.exe

I can't login in the CubikUpdater.exe I put the correct email and serial number but it says

The license information entered contains one or more error...

I have no idea of why can you fix it please I try more than 20 times

Please make sure your system time is set correctly.
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
