One subject per topic please! This topic is for your palette addon, the other for your primitives addon. Keep both separated.
Also, if you want to give new palettes, just do but recoloring the RGB one is quite useless...

I will pin it if its content become interesting. Currently the palette you propose are just recolors of default RGB palette which is not something that useful. The idea is good but yoy may propose interesting palettes, not just recolors or existing ones.
