Issue converting voxels into elements

Post by BetaZeta » 07 Jan 2017, 21:51

Hello! I just recently got Cubik Studios. I've been messing around with MagicaVoxel for a little while, and I decided to try and put one of my creations into Minecraft. Using Cubik Studios, I attempted to convert the voxels into elements, however the colors changed drastically.

Here is a before and after:

What am I doing wrong?

Also, when I exported it into minecraft, all of it was just pink and black texture. How do I fix that?

I know these are just some small stupid mistakes I am making, but I cannot figure it out. I hope I can get help here.

The colors are just tints Cubik adds to elements to help user differentiate them. This is not exported and can be disabled in Preferences (Tools menu).

For the black purple texture, have you exported and put in right folder the texture of your model?

Okay, I got the textures working now. But I'm facing another problem now. I chose "Custom display settings" in the model properties and set it up in the preview but it isnt working in game.

Be sure to check export on the display settings you want to export in your json file
