Problem with Model Orientation, Color, and Size

I'm very new to Cubik and I'm attempting to create a weapon for minecraft. Now I modeled what I wanted, and I made it look how I wanted in preview. I exported the .json file into my resource pack, but the weapon does not look how I wanted it to look.

The top picture is in Cubik and the bottom one is in-game.

Please help me get this fixed. I will happily release more information if that is needed in order to fix this issue.

Make sure you check "Export Settings" in Cubik when setting the views.

I have that done, now only 2 textures are working correctly, none of my other ones are. The 3rd person still looks like it did in my first picture.

What settings should I have on to make sure that I have my model how I want it to look? Also the color is plain white while in Cubik I specified color.
