Location: File->Settings->Language or File->Language
Option name: Language
Option icon: Globe
Option type: Language

Option action when clicked:
After clicking on this button, a window appears with the option to choose the language. Will be useful for those who do not know English, and for greater reach. You can also make the ability to community has translated to create the repository with the language file and let people translate or make a top, where the best translation will be included in the release.
