CubikPro To Studio Problems [Solved]

Hi,

I'm currently having problems activating CubikStudio on my account. I bought CubikPro October last year, used it for a while then stopped. I would like to get back into it but I can't download it. I still have my product key and have tried using the recover form but it just says:

Failure!
Recovery has failed.
Either the email or serial is not recognized.
If you feel this is an error please post on the Support Forum
