Odd Numbered Dimensions in Texture UV Can't be Precisely Selected

Post by ClassyElm » 28 Aug 2017, 18:25

Hello! So I've had Cubik Studio for a while now, and I really love it! It's so easy to make models, and it is overall a very smooth experience. There is one thing though. While working on the UV of an element, I've noticed there is no way to precisely define what should be selected. The selection always moves in increments of two pixels on the texture. I'm using a 64x64 texture. I'm trying to select a 3x11 space, but the UV mapper will only allow me to select 2x10, 4x10, etc. I can't select a zone with odd numbered dimensions. Is this intended, or am I misunderstanding something?

Edit: I was just messing around with dimensions, and it seems to be related to the dimensions of the entire texture.

Could you elaborate on messing around with dimensions? I've just switched to this software, and I'm finding myself with the same issue.

You can set the grid higher res by going in Views > Grid (Shift+G)
