Can't open CubikUpdater on Mac.

When I'm trying to open CubikUpdater my Mac shows a message I can't open it, can someone help me with this problem.

The actual error message would be helpful.

However, generally with Mac most issues are fixed if you move the files to a place you have full executable permissions such as your Applications folder.

Due to the fact that I still can't run CubikUpdater on my Mac I would like to get a refund for my recent purchase.

You can't get a refund if you don't let us try to help you first.

As I said, you need to post the actual error message you get.

You haven't allowed us to try and fix your problem as you've failed to provide any relevant information, nor have you actually stated you tried what I asked you to do.
