RECOVER disappear

MY account recover page keeps disappear after I write it once. and my transaction id doesn't work even I recieved from paymentwall.

Which page? What are you trying to do exactly?

"Already purchased"slot disappears . And my transaction id doesn't work

Not sure what you mean by "Already purchased" slot disappears. Not sure we have that anywhere on the site as accounts/emails can be used to purchase numerous copies of the software.

Anyway, if you're sure you've received your PaymentWall receipt, and the money has left whichever account you used, you will need to send me some information via a Private Message so I can take a look:
  • Your real name (or the name of the person who bought Cubik)
  • Any email addresses that may be connected to the account
  • Your PaymentWall receipt
