Refund for crashing app

Hello,

I've just downloaded the software, but when I opened the application it crashes, and it does it again every time.
I tried it also via the admin, but it just doesn't work. Is it possible to get a refund?

Firstly please make sure your Visual C++ is up-to-date: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/hel ... -downloads
