Refund Request

Hello,

After buying the software and downloading it and trying to open it, it just crashes.
I tried putting it at the root of the drive, execute it with admin rights, windows compatibility...
Nothing worked, and I don't want to only use the legacy version, I paid for the latest version.

So I wish to get refunded, please.

Exactly what happens when it crashes? Do you get a message, or does it just close?

Have you tried deleting your Cubik Studio folder as well as:

Code: Select all

C:\Users\<user>\AppData\LocalLow\BDcraft\Cubik
- and then tried to re-download the installer?

I just download and try to open it. The window of the program opens for a second then it closes.
The folder in appdata doesn't exist.
