first, I tried to buy cubik studio. I think that I dont have to login because there is not login url in homepage. so when I bought cubik studio I lost my money. I will claim your company to receive my 19.90 EUR. I want fast refund. Thank you.

You haven't lost your money. You don't need to be signed in when you purchase the software. Everyone has to activate the product regardless of if they were logged in at purchase.

If you've received your receipt from PaymentWall, but haven't received an activation email from Cubik Studio then you can follow this thread to activate your purchase: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=60
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
