Problem with Serial Key + no connection

Hi,
I bought a Serial Key for the Pro Version.
My problem is that the program want a "BDC-..." code but i get a "BCS-..." Code.
If I try the key, the program says "Please verify your Internet Connection and re-launch Cubik",
but my Internet Connection is good and i dont have any Firewall Options, which could block the connection...

I hope you could help me,
if couldnt find a solution, i want my money back!

You can't specifically buy keys for the Pro version any more. The keys you buy (starting with BCS) come with access to the Pro version.

Did you download Cubik Pro from the Download page (scroll down whilst logged in): https://cubik.studio/get
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
