I dont know what im doing wrong but i put in my account email and my code and then it keeps on coming up with

Generally this seems to be an issue with a local firewall/router. We don't actively block anything at our end so you'll need to try and troubleshoot your network.

what would i need to do in local firewall in order to see if i can fix the issue there

also just letting you know i have put the file folder location on the homescreen so is that probs the reason ?

All the requests should be served over port 443 (https).

It's possible that the application itself is being blocked.

I am unable to really help you with specifics as have never had the issue.
