Account activation [Solved]

Hi,
in 2016 I purchased Cubik Pro. In order to use the software I used my serial code to update on Cubik studio. Unfortunately my account seems to be deactivated because I know my email adress (because that is where i found my serial code) and I know my username (from my purchase emails). These information should have helped me to reset my password. However the login page says that one of these infomation is wrong (which isn't possible) or my account is disabled. I have tried everything i could.
Please help me with my problem.

You will need to send me some information via a Private Message:

• Your real name (or the name of the person who bought Cubik)
• Any email addresses that may be connected to the account
• Your receipt (or a reasonable estimate of the date of purchase)
• Your Cubik serial (if known)
