I bought the product and downloaded the program, but I can't use the product key.

You haven't attached the product to your account.

Please follow the activation link in the email you should have received from Cubik Studio or follow this guide: purchase-support-f2/how-to-recover-cubi ... i-t60.html
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
