We don't lock accounts to IPs.
It would follow after your last request that you're sharing your key, changing your password wouldn't fix the issue as your password is only used to access this website (obviously if you shared your password you should still change it).
If you believe someone else is still using your key we can change it for you, but this is a very good example of why you shouldn't share your credentials with other people.
If you would like your key changed in order to re-secure your product we can do so, however, if you use your activations up again any time soon we won't reset your account again.

If you ever gave your password out, you should change it.
If you ever gave your Cubik Studio BCS key out - whilst that breaches the
Terms of Use you agreed to and we're not obliged to do anything - I'm willing to change your key so people will no longer be able to access your product.

My key has been modified. Can I continue to use cubik studio next? Is it a specific way to replace the serial key or?
