error / new serial  [Solved]

:cubik: My cubik studio is not working while registering some proxy connect aborted issue. would it be ok if I could refund it and start again so that I would have a new serial# . I have not been able to use the version I have right know so I'm hoping this could be a possibility-Thanks

You need to Google how to fix your proxy settings. A new key will not solve your issue. You've proven your key works fine on other computers.

Sphax even pointed you in the right direction previously: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1677#p5656
