Can't login on my other account. [Solved]

Hi, when i try to login on my other account it says that the login info is wrong and if i try to reset the password it said the same thing.
How can i get my account back?

Please try any other possible emails you may have used.

If you can't remember, or never changed the email address on it, you'll need to provide further details to me in a Private Message:

• The real name of the person who purchased Cubik for that account
• A decent estimate of the date of purchase for that account (preferably with a screenshot of the receipt)
• The Cubik key for that account (if you know what it is)

It is correct someone changed it i have the purchase mail at that mail adress and the activation mail
