Purchased Cubik studio without logging in - but nothing happened after the paypal payment completed [Solved]

I paid with paypal - however after the transaction was complete in paypal nothing happened. No redirect, the window didn't close and the download page for cubik studios remained on the processing graphic.

I tried reloading the pages and everything reset back to the suggesting I make the purchase.

In paypal it shows that the transaction was completed and that I was charged €19.90 EUR ($23.96 USD)

I tried using the page to recover a lost purchase but it said it either didn't exist or was already in use.

Please help!!

If your payment method was PayPal it may be considered an "eCheck". It takes time for them to confirm payment and so the system doesn't give access to goods until verification.

Details provided by Paypal: eChecks are one type of bank payment and usually take 6-10 business days to process. They are used when buyers have not linked a backup payment source (like a card) to their PayPal accounts, or when a transaction is too risky to allow an instant payment.

Alright I'll contact them then. There has definitely been an issue since I keep my bank card linked to my PayPal account and everything completed right away (I even have the charge on my online bank statement now so I know it's been processed).

What do I need from PaymentWall in order to complete the order with you guys?

When we get confirmation from PaymentWall an email is sent automatically to you with a link to click.

I will say that my PayPal invoice did include the transaction id from PaymentWall (in the format of w000000000) - I can PM it to you if you would be willing to see if that one exists and what status it is in?

I have an inquiry open with PaymentWall now as well

Sadly, whilst they're pending on PWs side for checks, we can't see them due to how their system works.
