Why is there no download button. [Solved]

I am really not happy with the service from BDCraft before i lost the serial code and never got a response from anyone here. Now the program launches but just stays in my toolbar for my PC so i delete the BDCraft Studios EXE and folder then run the updater so it re-downloads that doesn't work either so now i decide to just delete the whole this from my computer but when i go to re-download from your website whats that no download button just a Buy Now button and im not buying it again already sent you guys $50 for two BDCraft cubiks plus for animaker and for that money the amount of customer service we get in return is horrible. Now all i ask is for me to somehow get this program back onto my computer.

I don't see any other posts by you. Any other purchase/key issues have been answered, so the only way you could have been overlooked is if you posted in someone else's thread expecting an answer.

You were never obliged to buy the software again. That's a choice you made instead of having any issues resolved properly. We've never once told someone to just buy a new key instead of resolving their issue.

The main website uses the same login system as the forum. So if you're logged in on the forum you're logged in on the main site. There's technically no reason you can't see your download details.

I suggest, if you still don't see your key on https://cubik.studio/get, you try starting an Incognito/Private browser session and log in again (this will give you clean start (no cookies/cache/etc) to make sure it's not your browser having issues).
