Cant Access my key

Hello,
I reseted my computer and now when i try to log on my Cubic it wont let me.... I added the key from download and nothing. The email is right but the key is not compatible.

I can't see a reason for this. Are you still having issues?
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
