I'm trying to purchase another serial key to add a user but it's just telling me to download Cubik again?

Whilst logged in you should see "purchase extra key" as a link near "Your serial keys".

It takes you to this page: https://cubik.studio/get?extrakey

Click "Buy Now" and follow the process.
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
