Key Recovery From "No Email" Can't Find Key [Solved]

I just tried using the webpage to recover my key/get my email if the original download email wasn't sent out. It says no transaction found or key already activated. Unless my key was sent to someone else, it hasn't been activated, and I'm using the exact same email that the receipts were sent to. Any help here would be appreciated!

Mhm. I followed that, entered my email and #, but it doesn't find the key/send an email. It just says "No transaction found with those details or key already activated." But I haven't received any key to activate and I know for a fact that I'm using the correct email.

Hmm, that's very strange. I've tried it 5 or 6 times and it still won't find anything for me. I've tried capitalizing my Paymentwall #, leaving it lowercase, email, everything and it still doesn't seem to work
