Problems with upgrading from Pro to Studio

Hi! I've gone ahead and created a new account here, but I have a BDCraft.net account with Cubik Pro tied to it. When going to upgrade, the site wouldn't accept my password that I have set over at BDCraft.net, and when I tried to request a password reset, I found that the account is tied to my old email which I no longer have access to. Regardless, I now have a new account over here. However, I have no obvious way to redeem my Cubik Pro key for a Cubik Studio key. I have my key saved, so I can easily provide it as proof that I do own Cubik Pro.

Please Private Message me as much detail about your Cubik Pro purchase as possible. e.g. email address, receipt (or payment references), date, real name, etc.
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
