Bought Cubik Studio but Did Not Receive Key

I just bought Cubik Studio about 15 minutes ago, and I have not received an email with the product serial number. I tried he method to restore the serial number, but I get this error:


Failure!

Recovery has failed.

No transaction found with those details or key already activated.

Should I wait a bit longer? I got the Paymentwall Receipt but money hasn't come out of my account, yet.

There was an issue that has been resolved.

If you haven't received an activation email please follow the recovery steps: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=60
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
