Cant get into account, Cant get Cubik Studio

So, I was wanting to upgrade from Cubik Pro to Cubik Studio. I went to the cubik studio website, typed in my username and password but it said they were wrong, I went to see if I had forgotten my password. I put in my details but it said that the username and my email didnt exist or were disabled.

I went to bdcraft and had the same problen there. I checked Cubik Pro for my details and they were the exact details I put into the website. I am not sure if it has anything with me changing my MC name from Surecool1234 to Voxelated.

I sent an email to the support email however, they did not respond. Its been 6 days since I sent the email.

I dont have the code for Cubik Pro
