I've buy cubik studio in 2023 with an other account (still have the email with payement order) and today I've tried to connect after a windows update and nothing work. (I'm sure of my ID and password cause I have it on a paper for all my account)
If somebody have the same problem and solve it ...

Hello, I've got a similar problem with my other account (not this one, this one is only for acces support). I've buy cubik studio in 2023 and update my windows. Now I cant connect back (and I'm sure of my ID and pasword cause I've write it on paper ^^')
