No Cubick Studio download after succesful purchase [Solved]

Hello,
I have purchased Cubik Studio on Tuesday 21st of December, 2021 at 18:25:55 PM (UTC).
I have created the account Ling_White1 with an email [email protected].
When I login, account exist, but no Cubic Studio to download.

I also have a receipt.
