So you are saying if I paid with PayPal it could be 10 days before I get the software? That would have been good to know up front. How about refunding me and telling me what payment method works immediately?

Hi. I purchased this morning using paypal and have a paypal receipt. Didn't receive activation email and can't reset or look up activation code no matter how many times I try. Says reset failed.

I'll give it a day or so and then escalate to paypal if I don't hear from you. was looking forward to ...
