Cubik StudioI will say that my PayPal invoice did include the transaction id from PaymentWall (in the format of w000000000) - I can PM it to you if you would be willing to see if that one exists and what status it is in?
I have an inquiry open with PaymentWall now as well

Alright I'll contact them then. There has definitely been an issue since I keep my bank card linked to my PayPal account and everything completed right away (I even have the charge on my online bank statement now so I know it's been processed).

Purchased Cubik studio without logging in - but nothing happened after the paypal payment completed [Solved]
I paid with paypal - however after the transaction was complete in paypal nothing happened. No redirect, the window didn't close and the download page for cubik studios remained on the processing graphic.
I tried reloading the pages and everything reset back to the suggesting I make the purchase ...
