I keep experiencing a network error when downloading the cubik application. Can anyone assist me with this? Other downloads seem to work fine.

Somehow, one of my friends got access to my Cubik studio key and blocked me out. I need a new key to let me back on. Please block any other unusual computers using my current key as well.
