I logged in into my cubik studio account on my laptop on another network while being not at home, now that I'm at home I can't seem to login again. Can somebody that can reset my use count please.

i got the cubik studio in my other computer but if i will use this serial number i'm using now on my main pc for my other pc would it cost problems?
