I've got 2 PC and before i install a new OS on one of them, Cubik work done one them but now with my new OS, cubick Studion installer say taht have too many user use my license. Can you fix that please?

I've got a problem when i want to charge a texture, Cubik Studio freeze and i cant close any windows.
