Not all accounts were migrated from BDcraft.net due to an error. Everyone who signed up legitimately has since managed to recover their details.

If you need to upgrade from Pro to Studio please follow the guide I posted earlier.

As has already been pointed out to you Cubik Pro ceased being sold on the 31st of October, 2016.
