I don't think you can make custom models for minecraft PLUGINS (spigot/bukkit). However, you CAN add it for minecraft MODS.

No apology necessary. It's difficult remembering shortcut keys. I'm used to using "Ctrl + D" to deselect, but in most programs it's "Ctrl + Shift + A"

Rotate it? Got it!
For elements: select one or many or all of your elements, click the three dots in the element selection menu thingy, hover over "Transform", then click the rotate buttons!
For voxels: do the same as elements except in the voxel tab.

I believe you press your scroll wheel down and drag, if that is what you mean.

Importing a PNG "squishes" up the model and applies random colors :( [Solved]
I made some pixel art and want to make it a simple 3d png (just extruded) so I imported the pixel art into cubik studio
Then the model gets random colors applied and is "squished".

In Cubik Studio you can move the origin by clicking on "Origin" button below model properties

Anotherer edit: I still want the origin thingy to work in cubik. The unity way dosent work very well...
