Element's Texture is Static-y

I imported a model I started to make in Cubik Pro, and this appears on many of the elements: https://gyazo.com/8c12a80b8acefbf77996905e436ddfc8 . Typically those near the edge of the 3x3x3 block boundary. Anyone have a fix?
