Yes RCvie. I cant upgrade to cubik studio because i cant find my serial number. I have only purchase emial from paypal and email from bdcraft with serial number did not come. when I hold it in my hand, it is my model with missing texture, but when the block is placed down, it is a megenta/black block.

This only tells me how to use or recover my serial number. My problem is that I never got a serial number in the first place, and I need one to use the application.

What is your issue exactly? Saying "that not helped me" doesn't mean anything and we can't help with such details on the issue you have without knowing what it is.
