I can load Cubik Studio, but I can not use it. After it´s opened it disappear from the screen and I can´t get it back. I reinstalled it two times but it didn´t help. Do you know any ways to get this working again?

It is in the right place and It has the right name.

I did a stone sword model with the voxel tool, converted it to elements and exported it with the texture to minecraft. In minecraft I see the model but the texture isn't on it. Instead there is the purple /black texture. Can somebody help me to get the right texture?

When you purchased CubikPro you got an email with the serial key in it.

One time i had problems with cubik pro, so I've got a new serial number but I lost the email.
