Hey, I'm really struggling to use the program despite all of the tutorials and it is far out of my realm of usability and need. Would you guys be so generous as to give me a refund on my purchase?

As the Terms of Sale you agreed to when purchasing the software state once the software is made available to you you aren't able to get a refund.
Create your own thread for purchase/activation/key issues.
