I would need your .cubik file and your export (Mobs.json + .png) so I can test what is happening.
Are you sure you have put the texture on right position in modified mob PNG and are you sure you have set the entity texture size correctly?

Here is the .cubik file. I sent from here cuz I coundn't use cubik PM system.. Messages have been in OutBox for a day.
