Cubik Studio

The last year i bought cubik pro , i use it for creating some cool models , but i dind't use it for a long time.
Today i try to login to get the new version with all the awesome new features , but when i enter my login informations on the "get - Cubik Studio" i can't login , but on the bdcraft.net website i can ... So i need help to recover this account because i bought it and i really want to use the new features , i can send you images of my files with license and everything to confirm that ...
