Cubik Studio

I can't access my copy of Cubik Pro/Cubik Studio.

I tried doing the whole step by step guide, but nothing works.
I can provide proof of purchase and serial numbers, I would like a fresh copy of the product please.

What do you mean "nothing works"? Does it say it can't find your details or you just don't receive any emails?

I tried creating a new account but it seems like once I did that, I am unable to follow the Guide.
Although, the guide didn't help at all. I tried putting my serial number as the password and my email as my email, but that didn't work either.

At no point should you be using your serial key as a password.

As per Step 4 of the guide if you know your Cubik serial key and Cubik email address you can just fill in this form: https://cubik.studio/recover

Thanks man!, that recovery link wasn't included in the step by step guide, so that's why i was so confused.
