Optifine's custom entity models allow renders of elements that have multiple angles of rotatation. They also allow for elements to be rotated by more than 22.5-degree intervals. It would be great to have a workspace that allows this.

Thats all already possible. At least the rotation and the optfine element export.

If you modelize something for JPM format, then you can disable rotation restrictions in Model Properties.
