I use the program in the internet cafe and it doesn't work at all, I have to reset it every time before using it because my home computer is broken.

As the Terms of Use you agreed to when you purchased the software state Cubik Studio isn't meant for use on numerous computers. You should only use it on your personal computer.

The key request form asks you to agree that you're aware that constantly resetting your key in a short time may make it unusable.

Your key isn't due an automatic reset until roughly November, 2020.

I want to reset my code because I have a new computer but can't reset it.
