BDCraft Cubik PRO key not registering/can't reach online servers

I've owned this program and the legacy one since it came out. I recently encountered a problem where my key for the 1.8 version of Cubik Pro wasn't working. I barely ever use this program for obvious reasons, but I needed it today. At first, it kept on saying my key was wrong, so I decided to check the website and realized that I can redownload it, which I did, but this time around it wouldn't connect to the online servers. It asked me if I wanted to start offline mode, which I did, but the program still wouldn't open up. I'm not sure what to do at this point. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Generally this seems to be an issue with a local firewall/router. We don't actively block anything at our end so you'll need to try and troubleshoot your network.

I added the program to allow it to bypass my windows firewall. I even disable the whole thing to see if it would work. Neither worked, any suggestions?

Nope, sadly we have no idea why some people can't use Cubik Pro. It's a pretty limited number of people with the issue.

So I found a fix for now. It seems this is being caused by the router, how to fix that I have no idea, but when I turned a VPN on, it worked fine. This also makes sense because I just got a new router since I used the old version last. So just a tip if you see another one of your customers has this issue. I would suggest telling them to launch the program with a VPN on.
