Cubik Studio

I purchased cubik studio pro in 2015 (when you were using BDCraft.net/cubik and not cubik.studio), and was using it without paying much attention to updates. I still have the email and my serial key, but I can't find anywhere to enter it on the site, even after logging in it just gives the option to buy a new one. Can I still use my old key to get the new version of cubik, or is there a way I can still get the old one back?
I attempted using the recovery form to convert from old serial to new, and it said that it wasn't recognized.
The updater says error 418.

I tried following those directions, but when I logged in, there were no keys or downloads visible, only the buy button. The recovery form said that my key was not recognized.

That's curious. You seemed to manage to get it to connect to your account as you have the "Early Adopter" rank, but it hasn't changed properly.

In order for me to to move your key to this account manually you will need to send me some information via a Private Message:

• Your real name (or the name of the person who bought Cubik)
• Any email addresses that may be connected to the account
• Your receipt (or a reasonable estimate of the date of purchase)
• Your Cubik serial (if known)
