Never get the code

Hello. I bought the Cubic Pro version 3 times a long time ago and still did not get the codes even though the money was deducted .. what is this? 
I'm not really sure what you're asking. I can see that you've attached Cubik Studio to your account. Your code is on https://cubik.studio/get whilst logged in.
Are you saying there are old Cubik Pro codes you no longer have access to? If so this should still work for you: purchase-support-f2/how-to-upgrade-from ... o-t14.html
